Dr. Nakeema Stefflbauer is the founder and CEO of FrauenLoop gUG, a Berlin non-profit organisation that trains resident, refugee and immigrant women for careers in the technology field. Her experience leading digitalisation teams for Fortune 500 companies in the US and in Berlin has driven her interest in equalizing access to the tech industry. As an immigrant, a career-changer, a parent and a recent executive MBA recipient, Dr. Stefflbauer is an advocate for equal access to technology and to lifelong learning for all.
