Franz von Weizsäcker is heading a tech lab at the German sustainable development agency GIZ based in Berlin, developing solutions at the intersection of international cooperation, tech, law and economics. He has been advising several governments on digital and innovation policies including Germany, Palestine and Saudi Arabia. Before that, he worked as management consultant in the telecommunications industry. His background is computer science from Berlin University of Technology.
