Sam Hinds is an author, director, and creative strategist. She is Director of Creative Strategy at Data & Society, an independent research institute in New York that studies the social implications of data and automation. Sam works closely with subject experts to envision and cultivate resonant stories, products, and experiences from empirical evidence. She directs all digital and print editorial and creative content for Data & Society, and leads collaborations in media, technology, and the arts.
