Podcast Contest “Originals gesucht”: Join in!
Everybody does podcasts, but you have the ultimate idea the world has been waiting for? Now it's time to bring it to life! Join our podcast contest "Originals gesucht". Together with Deezer, we're looking for new podcasts, inspiring voices and innovative ideas - because we believe there's still a lot of potential out there, and at least as many ideas for new podcasts that haven't been released and realized yet.
From now on you can apply with your podcast idea. The winning podcast will be chosen at #rp19 and rewarded with a prize money of 5.000 € as well as a production contract. The Podcast goes as Deezer Originals into series, the production costs of the first season are taken over by Deezer. The five finalists will also receive an MV88+ Microphone Package from Shure and a ticket to re:publica 19.
Too long; didn’t listen
We are looking for unpublished, new podcast ideas and formats. Originality and thematic relevance of the podcasts as well as coverage and series potential are particularly important to us. We do not set format and genre - whether reportage, advisor, storytelling or the like - in advance, but you should orientate yourself on our #rp19 tracks and topics.
Our jury of selected podcast experts will take a closer look at the originality, voice, style and sound design of your podcasts and select it’s five favorite podcasts. The community will then vote online to determine who will receive the trophy at the #rp19 stage.
