I'm an Agile Coach at Daimler AG and a strong believer in the agile way!

My focus is the project organization and agile transition of the Bosch & Daimler cooperation for urban automated driving. So I'm fostering an agile mindset and methods, especially Scrum and SAFe are my expert topics. In my daily live I am experiencing that agile is working in a safety-critical and hardware-related area.

I studied mechanical engineering and finished my studies with a M. Sc. Technology Management at Stuttgart University.
