Ina Filla is a psychologist and neuroscientist. After her PhD in neuronal computations of learning & memory processes in honeybees at Freie Universität Berlin she worked with a transgenic mouse model for Schizophrenia at Columbia University, New York. Her current research explores how creativity is organized in large-scale brain networks in personality and disease. She is passionate about transferring insights from Neuroscience, Psychology and Behavioral Economics to empower individuals and positively transform organizations.
