Dialogue across Europe: Can online chats help create a pan-european public sphere?" – Talking Europe is an app & website that connects Europeans with different political views in 1:1 online chats. Users from across Europe can debate in their native language, as the app offers DeepL real-time translation. TE hopes to create a space for pan-European democratic dialogue.
