Franziska Weir is an international consultant, entrepreneur, speaker and trainer focused on Digital Transformation and Innovation Management.

She is an experienced manager, consultant, trainer and coach and has a successful track record in managing complex business transformation projects. Additionally, she is a certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator and delivered many workshops focused on Strategy Development, Innovation Management, and Change Management.

After a decade of professional experience with Porsche Consulting, E.ON and Daimler, she is now a member of the THNK Creative School of Leadership in Amsterdam. Franziska runs her own consultancy - INNOVATIONS:REBELL (www.innovationsrebell.de) - based on her experience in Innovation, Change Management, Leadership, Communications, Marketing, New Work, Innovation and Digital Transformation.

She holds degrees in Business Administration (Diploma), Corporate Communication (MA) as well as an MBA in Innovation Management & Leadership. Franziska is currently enrolled in PhD in Management Constellations & Innovation. She is a lecturer for Change Management, Innovation-Management, and Communication at a number of German Universities. She is fluent in English and German.
