Herman has always been involved in some form or another in the creative industry. Whether in the television broadcast industry in South Africa, or as a rock or classical singer. He organised two opera festivals in South Africa in 2013 and 2014 through his company Reakopana Opera. His current venture is to make music education affordable and accessible in Africa through his company Reakopana Online. He is a creative that is learning how to be a successful entrepreneur, and gives singing lessons to anyone who is prepared to learn how to sing.
