I am an Agile Coach at Robert Bosch GmbH where I have the great opportunity to participate in shaping one of the largest changes in my company: our agile transformation.

Currently I am doing this in the Daimler & Bosch cooperation for urban-autonomous driving. In our joint project I am focusing on getting an agile mindset established at a scaled level, leveraging the power of Scrum and its plan-do-inspect-adapt cycle.

During my studies I worked with unmanned aerial vehicles; at Bosch I switched to unmanned cars, especially environment perception and sensor fusion. After having witnessed the empowerment, increase of velocity and overall more awesomeness of a single team that switched to Scrum, I gave up the technical PO perspective and dug into the agile world - loving and living it every day since :)
