In 2018, for the first time ever, the German Startups Association (Bundesverband Deutsche Startups e.V.) published a Female Founder Monitor report. Now its time to talk about the second edition for the year of 2019! The report shows that the field of female entrepreneurship is growing and thriving. But on the other hand, female skills are still not used to the extent that would be beneficial to the economy and society. 

The panel will share the findings of the FFM19 and discuss how we define „success“ when talking about entrepreneurship, start ups and female founders, and what is missing in this conversation. 

We’ll close the event in a true betabeer fashion with free drinks, a recap on the first re:publica day and open conversations on business, pleasure and everything coworking.
