The digital rush of the last decades is about to render itself into a digital hangover. Despite of the promise that computer will program themselves, we need more programmers than ever. As a remedy, we may use Human First as a paradigm in the development of technologies. To do so, we have to foster Human Agency by design. In my talk Alexander Mankowsky will show different approaches to do so: ranging from addressing empathy as a basic function of cooperation in mobility, to electric mobility and services.
