World-class learning for the 21st century: There are 5 billion euros for the digitalisation of schools through the Digital Pact - and something is happening in other areas of education as well! How can we use money and digitisation not only to do more with the old, but also to break new ground in learning? That is the theme of the re:learn stage of #rp19.
For the first time in 2019, the topic of learning and education will take place over three days on its own re:learn stage and in a re:learn workshop area. Here we tell stories of schools from Berlin to Swaziland, present ideas for learning on YouTube and in buses, virtual reality and Wikipedia for children and present a university where students move to a different continent every semester.
In 2019, re:learn will take place for the first time under the title re:publica - Next Generation at the KühlhausBerlin directly next to StationBerlin. In addition to re:learn, two other events focusing on youth topics will take place there: TINCON - the conference for the young digital society of 13-21 year olds and Jetpack - the trade fair for the professional world of the future. With an accreditation at TINCON, all events in the cold store are free of charge.
On the re:learn stage, there will be a three-day programme with a total of 32 talks. The programme is very broad, from tips and tricks for parents to progressive schools and universities to adult learning, from concrete project presentations to basic discussions.
